I installed “Ad Blocker for Internet Explorer” expecting a punchline, not a product. But here we are in 2024, and this little extension is doing exactly what it says on the tin—blocking pop-ups, banner ads, and auto-play video junk on a browser Microsoft itself put out to pasture years ago.
Use it once, feel the nostalgia of a quieter, ad-free web circa 2010, then close IE forever and install Brave or Firefox. Your sanity will thank you.
It works. The real question is… why are you still using Internet Explorer?
