Let’s clear up the confusion. For the vast majority of developers, AMPPs is completely free . You can download it, install WordPress, run Laravel, and test APIs without ever entering a license key.
If you are using AMPPs solely as a local server on localhost (your personal computer), ignore the license field entirely. You do not need it.
