Mighty Knight 2 -

The lance pierced the Mighty Flame.

Instead, he did what his father never taught him. He knelt.

The reflection laughed, and the bone-trees shivered. “The first Mighty Knight didn’t seal me. He agreed with me. Peace through stillness. Order through silence. He became my Warden, not my jailer. And now the flame is dying. Join us. Become the second Warden. No pain. No loss.” mighty knight 2

The Choice of Silence.

Alric approached. His reflection stared back, but it was wrong. This reflection wore pristine armor. No scars. No cracks. It smiled. The lance pierced the Mighty Flame

“I am not my father,” Alric said, and he plunged Sunreaver not into the mirror, but into his own cracked breastplate.

Alric’s grip tightened. “You’re not my father. You’re the Lich-Queen’s whisper.” The reflection laughed, and the bone-trees shivered

When the light faded, the mirror was gone. The bone-trees crumbled to harmless dust. The Lich-Queen’s scream echoed once, then vanished.
