If you are just using PCSX2 (the main PS2 emulator), skip the hassle. Use myMC or the built-in PCSX2 "Import Save" feature. They do not require format conversions for modern emulation.
Never run an unknown .exe without scanning it through VirusTotal. Stick to GitHub or official emulator forums.
