However, the web platform feels a bit outdated compared to competitors like Gurtam or Teltonika. Creating custom reports is not very straightforward, and the mobile app lacks some desktop features.

Also, firmware updates aren’t always clearly documented. I had to contact support twice to resolve a configuration glitch.
