Luna meowed from the windowsill. “Usagi? You were muttering about buffering.”
It happened on a Tuesday. Mamoru had forgotten their study date again. Luna was off chasing a suspicious energy signature near the Crown Game Center. Alone in her pastel room, Usagi was doom-scrolling on her old tablet, searching for a live-action adaptation of her favorite magical girl show. Her finger slipped.
