Scroll down and tap Manage your YouTube settings .
In the left-hand sidebar, click on Community (under the "Audience" section). unblock youtube user
That’s it! They are now free to comment on your channel again. The mobile app is slightly different because the "Settings" menu is hidden behind your profile. Scroll down and tap Manage your YouTube settings
