Open the app. On the first screen, select "Add User" (or the "+" icon). xciptv activation
Navigate to your file and select it.
Open XCIPTV and tap "Add User" > "Load Playlist or File" (or "M3U URL"). Choose "Xtream Codes API" (usually the first option)
